Our removable insulation blankets come in a variety of standard sizes. We also create custom insulation blankets for equipment, pipes and valves with unique shapes or unusual dimensions.

Tracer Wrap / Velcro™ wrap

Velcro Wrap is a temporary/cost effective solution to your insulating needs.  Coming in 20 ft lengths and covering pipes from ½” to 6” with a standard ¼” insulation thickness you can cover pipe, valves, flanges and pumps, etc with the easy Velcro application for installation and removal until work is required or until another insulating method is scheduled. We always keep a variety of sizes in stock but if you require thicknesses over ¼” or a specialty size please contact us.

Ease of Use

Our removable soft cover insulation blankets are designed for convenience and for use by any maintenance personnel – no special tradesmen are required for removal. Nearly all of our insulation pads can be put into place or removed in 3 to 5 minutes.
